Al retired from the US Navy in 1977, and obtained his broker’s license in 1979. He has earned many real estate achievements during his 30 plus years in the business. He has served as president, vice president, multiple listing chairperson, and treasurer of the Camarillo Association of Realtors. Al was honored as the “Realtor of the Year” in 1994.

Al started selling homes in Leisure Village in 1977. In 1980, he was selected by Leisure Technology to sell the remaining new homes in Leisure Village , and he and Cindy have been selling Leisure Village property ever since. They specialize in listings, sales, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, and foreclosures.

Al & Cindy have formed a partnership with Susan Eggert, (who is the wife of Dan Eggert, Dan Eggert Construction Company).

Cindy has been a Realtor since 1978, and has always specialized in helping Leisure Village sellers and buyers. Prior to this, she taught 3rd grade, art, and Junior High physical education.

Al is also president of the Camrosa Water Board. With his help, Leisure Village has been able to install the infrastructure to receive non-drinking water to irrigate most of the grass areas in Leisure Village. This saves hundreds of thousands of dollars for Leisure Village residents.

Al & Cindy have resided in Leisure Village for 15 years, and believe there is no better place to live.
